Fresh off the back of the final episode of season 4, My Hero Academia Season 5 has been confirmed, although an official release date is yet to be announced. Studio bones made sure to let fans know that a fifth season is already in production at the end of the series finale. Based on Kohei Horikeshi Manga punished in the Japanese No. 1 weekly comic Shonen Jump, the first season of My Hero Academia was released in 2015, and has since taken over the world as one of the most popular Animes of the modern era, with many considering the show to be one of modern big 3 shonen shows.
The first series ran for 13 episodes, the subsequent series all ran for 25 episodes and season 5 will be no exception, as it is already slated for 25 episodes. The new series should follow the Manga’s “joint training arc” so expect to see much more of Class 1B as they will be joining the Class 1A students for, (As I am sure you guessed) joint training, which will see them once again competing against each other. If you have already read the Manga or are wanting to read ahead to find out whats in store for our young heroes in training in the new season, you’ll need to read chapters 194 – 217 starting in volume 21 of the Manga series.
