Tonight we have NXT Takeover which has a very good history of blowing whatever else is on out the water, so there is a lot to live up to and we start of with something that I've been looking forward to since seeing the card...

War Raiders vs. The Undisputed Era (Champions)
Nice entrance by the War Raiders tonight with some viking warriors on the ramp whilst a normal entrance by the Undisputed Era. There was an explosive start by the era but it come to nothing as the War Raiders power game is unmatched. Some beautiful back and forth action, this is how to open a show but sadly the crowd don't seem to be into it. It wasn't until the 20 minute mark when the crowd woke up. Some amazing spots and and chants of this is awesome and I can't help but agree.

Matt Riddle vs. Kassius Ohno
Oh my god; someone call a dentist cos someone is losing some teeth in this one! Fast start again and Riddle showcased his incredible strength but the ring awareness of Ohno got things going his way. Holy shit, the shots that are raining down look so stiff, after watching this match it make me wonder how much longer Ohno will wait down in NXT when AEW would happily take him - maybe it's time to move some of the older guys to Raw and SmackDown Winner: Matt Riddle
WWE NXT North American Championship: Johnny Gargano vs. Ricochet (Champion)
Super fast start amazing chain wrestling by both men - this could be match of the night! Move and counter, move and counter; this match is great and I am really into it. Words will not do this match justice, there was some very edge of the seat stuff and this match is everything you would expect from these two.

WWE NXT Women's Championship
Shayna Baszler (Champion) vs. Bianca Belair
Now I love women's wrestling but I just don't get these too. I am not a fan of these too and I just can't get into this at the start. Shayna has come on leaps and bounds from her debut, not the worst match I have ever seen; some nice spots but I just couldn't get into this one.

WWE NXT Championship
Tomasso Ciampa (Champion) vs. Aleister Black
Will the ring contain these men? I am not so sure as this one is already on the outside! Both men are brawling and this one is as hard hitting as the Riddle vs Ohno match from earlier in the evening. Black is really taking this to Ciampa but this sneaky veteran is able to get back in control via the ring steps and posts. Amazing match, match of the night for me.
